01Name the current sheet, model view or document reference. If there is a revision mark or issue date, include it.
02Describe what changed. A sentence such as “the duct route moved at the door head” is more useful than “there is a problem.”
03Point to the junction that needs a decision. Add the trade affected and the milestone that cannot move until it is clear.
04State what is missing. A drawing conflict and absent information need different next steps.
05If a field photograph helps, describe where it was taken. A photograph does not establish a load, clearance or approval.

What not to send. Do not treat this form as a design approval request. Required tolerances, loads and clearances remain with the responsible designer.

Construction document coordination is scoped in USD after the drawing volume, discipline count, supplied model or drawing quality, package size and required revision rounds are understood. There is no published rate and no binding quote on this site.

A clear inquiry can still be short. Tell us the issue, its source reference and who needs the next usable set. We will not call coordination licensed engineering, architecture, structural certification, inspection approval or contracting.
